IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE REQUESTING YOUR RUSSIAN VISA SUPPORT LETTER

We are accreditated by the Foreign Ministry of Russia to provide visa invitation support letters

  1. Citizens who are able to request a Russian visa support letter with us:

    1. Citizens of European Union, as well as Americans, Australians, Canadian and New Zelander CAN ORDER their invitation right now.

    2. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver visa support to citizens from all African and Asiatic countries, including Bosnia, China, Georgia, India and Turkey because we are not accredited.

  2. Passport: When you request your invitation (tourism or business), make sure that your passport is valid for a minimum of 6 months after the planned date of your EXIT from Russia. If you don't have a minimum of 6 months valid after the date of departure from Russia, the Russian embassy or consulate will not deliver your visa, even if you have our invitation. You also need at least 2 empty pages in a row in your passport.

  3. Before filling out the form to order your visa support letter: when ordering your invitation with us, you must know your exact date of entrance into Russia.

    4. Difference between visa and invitation

  4. Invitation or Visa ?: We can provide the invitation (visa support letter for Russia) for tourism or business visas. This invitation is mandatory to request your visa to from the nearest Russian consulate or embassy. We provide the invitation, but we don't provide the visa. The invitation doesn't guarantee the acception of your request for a Russian visa. Remember: the invitation IS NOT the visa.

  5. How long does it take to get the invitation letter: After ordering the invitation (fill out the form) you must calculate around 3-12 working hours before receiving it in your email (the email you provided when filling the form). You must exclude Saturday and Sunday because they are holidays in Russia. The travel agency that provides you your voucher is in Saint-Petersburg and the working days are calculated with their business hours.(3h more than London UK, 8h more than Toronto).

  6. Filling out the form (order): Everybody is responsible to fill out the form with the right information. We provide the invitation according to the information given in this form.

  7. Payment: Payment is done through our STRIPE account. STRIPE is a safe, quick and highly reliable way to pay online.

  8. How will you get your visa support letter?: Your voucher (for tourism) will be sent to your email (provided in the form).The document is divided in 2. On the left, there is the confirmation of the invitation. Once received, you can apply for the Russian visa at the the embassy or consulate of Russia.
