Order your invitation letter for your russian visa in less than 5 minutes

No matter what type of visa (tourism or business) you want to get to go to Russia, you will need to provide an official invitation from a travel agency like ours. Our organisation is accredited by the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Russia to provide such invitation. Without this letter (also called "voucher"), it is impossible to obtain a visa for Russia. With this in hand, you can fill in the form on the official website of the ministry and go to the russian consulate of your territory.

Upon arrival in Russia, you will be asked to register your russian visa to the Russian authorities if you stay more than 7 working days at the same place. This is often done by your travel agent or the hotel where you're staying in. If you have to do it yourself, remember you have 7 days (working days).

To apply for a Russian visa, traveler must have a passport valid for at least six months after the date of their departure from Russia and the passport must have 2 blank pages (sometimes three depending on your nationality).
