Since april 2011, all visa request are filled online. Request done by hand writing are no longer accepted by the Russian consulate. To fill the form, go to : official website for visa application
Once the form has been filled, you can print it and go to the nearest russian embassy or consulate to pay your visa and request your visa.
You also need to bring a proof af travel insurance. The insurance company must be accepted by the russian embassy of your territory.
The price of the russian visa depends on your nationality. Citizens of all Europe pay the same amount for the russian visa (either simple entry or double entry). Canadian, New Zeleanders and Australians pay different price (about the double of members of EU).
