As for any point of entry in Russia (airport of Vladivostok), you need valid visa to arrive to Vladivostok. In order to get this visa (tourism visa or business visa), you must order an OFFICIAL INVITATION FOR RUSSIA
Upon arrival at Vladivostok (Vladivostok Intrenational Airport - VVO), you must complete a short entry form into the country where you must specify information such as passport number, visa type and number, number of entrie. If you have something to declare when you arrive in Vladivostok, you will need a special form and take the "green" row (in Russian: "Зеленый" канал) and if not (nothing to declare), you will reach the « red » row (in Russian: "Красный" канал). It is important to declare the anything that could cause problems when leaving the Russian territory. It is also very important to report goods that customs might believe that you export out of Russia. On this aspect, the arrival in Vladivostok is no different from any other entry point in Russia. After verifying your passport, your visa validity and the form filled in before, your travel can continue. But don’t forget to register in the following days after your arrival in Vladivostok.
If you are American, Australians, Canadian, English, Irish, New Zealander, Swiss or from any other European country and you are organising travel to Vladivostok, you must obtain a tourist visa from the Embassy of the Russian Federation located in your country.
